  • Functional performance testing is performed to ensure systems operate as intended. Following this, systems are verified, and comprehensive documentation is created to confirm all specifications are met. Finally, owner training is provided, along with turnover support, to ensure a smooth transition and proper operation of the systems moving forward.

  • A post-occupancy review is conducted to assess system performance once the project is in use. Trend log analysis and seasonal testing are performed to monitor system efficiency over time and adjust for any seasonal variations.
