The first step is to establish the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), which outlines the specific goals and objectives for the project. During this process, we develop a commissioning plan and early input into design strategies

This is followed by writing specifications and performing design reviews to verify that all design aspects meet the project’s requirements. Additionally, draft pre-functional and functional test procedures are developed to establish a clear plan for testing and verifying system performance once implemented.

Pre-functional testing and site inspections are then carried out to verify system readiness before operation. Additionally, a commissioning kickoff meeting is held, and field issues are logged to track and resolve any challenges that arise during the process.
Functional performance testing is performed to ensure systems operate as intended. Following this, systems are verified, and comprehensive documentation is created to confirm all specifications are met.
